System Administrator

As a System Administrator I consider my primary responsibilities to be upholding business operations and processes, ensuring stability and security through mindful management, and supporting my colleagues in efficiently using the technology the business relies on.

I am experienced in server and system management; installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, and software; user management and access control; system and network security and monitoring; backups, recovery, and disaster management; troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems; and friendly and accessible end-user and desk-side support.

IT Operations Manager

Working my way up in the IT field as given me the understanding and passion for all the individual aspects that create the whole.

I am experienced in the overall management of IT systems including servers, hardware, networks, and software; team leadership and serving as a point of escalation; overseeing security and compliance including documentation and processes, access controls, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity; budgeting and costs; and vendor, contract, and license management.

I am seeking first-shift, full-time employment. I am happy to work on-site and available for on-call obligations and multi-site travel as needed.
